I'm Dee Sali — Creative Producer, brand storyteller, and the person who makes sure the vision actually comes to life.

With over a decade leading end-to-end seasonal shoot production for fashion, lifestyle, and beauty brands, I bring together creative direction, operational precision, and the kind of calm, decisive leadership that keeps a shoot on track and a team at their best.

I built the creative production process at San Diego Hat Company from the ground up — the systems, the timelines, the team culture. That work is still running today.

My process starts before pre-production begins: understanding the brand, the season, the story we're trying to tell. From there I build the plan, assemble the right team, and lead every step — location scouting, casting, wardrobe direction, shoot day, post-production, final delivery — with clear communication and steady hands.

I've spent my career perfecting the balance between creative and commerce. I know what brands need to show up beautifully in the world — and I know how to build the infrastructure to make it repeatable.
